Otis, Justice.
Hilson Industries, Inc., an Ohio corporation, appeals from an order denying its motion to quash plaintiff’s service of the summons and complaint under Minn. St. 303.13, subd. 1(3), and to dismiss the action on the ground the court has no jurisdiction over defendant.
Plaintiff sues to recover the face amount of three promissory notes executed by Hilson on March 17, 1960, payable to Atland Manufacturing Company, a Minnesota corporation, to whom the notes have now been reassigned after being negotiated to the Fourth Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis which appears in the…
