This case is before us on appeal from a decree of the circuit court of the city of Alexandria. The ease under ordinary circumstances would have been heard by this court sitting at Richmond, it properly belong*588ing there, but on motion of appellees, in order to have a speedy decision of the case, it was transferred to the court here.
