[ j Appellants, Jacee Duvall and Jeremy “Dow” Dollar, appeal the adjudication of dependency-neglect with respect to their son, E.D., born December 2, 2009. Pursuant to Linker-Flores v. Arkansas Department of Human Services, 359 Ark. 131, 194 S.W.3d 739 (2004), and Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 6-9 (i),1 Duvall and Dollar’s attorney has filed a no-merit brief asserting that there are no issues that would support a meritorious appeal and requesting to be relieved as counsel.
