CHAPMAN, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment based upon a jury verdict in favor of T. H. McKay and T. U. Adkins, plaintiffs below and appellees here, against Producers Chemical Company, appellant here, in separate suits for damages for personal injuries suffered allegedly as the result of appellant’s negligence, joining as an additional defendant in each suit Tri-State Insurance Company, also an appellee here.
