Stats. 12-237 contesting a decision of the defendant Commissioner of Revenue Services (Commissioner) approving an assessment of additional Corporation Business Tax for Plaintiff's 1982 Income Year and Connecticut General Corporation 1979 to 1981 Income Year in the total amount of 53, 721, 343 plus interest.
