OPINION
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Robert A. DeMarco, appeals the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, accepting his plea of no contest to Aggravated Vehicular Homicide, Aggravated Vehicular Assault, Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol, and Failure to Stop After an Accident, and sentencing him to twelve years in prison. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the court below.
