Tammy Balderrama was placed on ten years’ community supervision after she was convicted of theft by a public servant. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 31.03(a), (f)(1) (West Supp.2006). This Court affirmed the conviction. Balderrama v. State, No. 03-02-00259-CR, 2003 WL 21401239, 2003 Tex.App. LEXIS 5105 (Tex.App.-Austin June 19, 2003, pet. refd) (not designated for publication).
