This case is before us to review the findings, conclusions, and recommendation of the Judicial Qualifications Commission (JQC) concerning Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judge Gregory Holder and the stipulation entered into between Judge Holder and the JQC. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 12, Fla. Const.
