Woodsmall v. Marijo, Inc.

This is an action brought by Richard A. Woodsmall, plaintiff below and appellant herein, against Joseph Cieslik and Marijo, Inc., doing business as Marijo Stables, defendants below and appellees herein, for personal injuries suffered as the result of certain negligent actions on the part of Joseph Cieslik and Marijo, Inc. At the conclusion of the plaintiff’s case, the trial court directed verdicts in favor of both Cieslik and Marijo, which orders have been ap pealed to this court. We reverse and remand.
