Defendant, William Lee Miller, was found guilty in a jury trial of the unlawful delivery of a controlled substance (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 56x/2, par. 1401(b)), and was sentenced to a six-year term of imprisonment and fined $6,000.
