MOON, Chief Judge.

Gregory William Wilson appeals his convictions of second degree murder, malicious wounding and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony. Wilson asserts that the trial court: (1) erred in failing to find that the Commonwealth had suppressed exculpatory evidence consisting of the pretrial statements of Pamela Statzer, Dawn Chapman, and Melissa Wilson; (2) abused its discretion by failing to require the Commonwealth to produce before trial or before cross-examination a written statement used to impeach Melissa Wilson (“Mrs.Wilson”); (3) erred in refusing…
