MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Pending are cross motions for summary judgment. The primary issue is whether the record establishes a tying arrangement violative of antitrust law. Aamco Automatic Transmissions, Inc. (Aamco) instituted action against Harry M. Tayloe and other defendants 1 complaining that Tayloe had conspired to breach and breached his franchise contract.
