THIS CASE came before the Court for hearing to consider the Motion to Overrule Contested Matter filed by the United States of America, Internal Revenue Service.

The Debtors, Mitchell Scott Stone and Lillian Haydee Stone, initiated this contested matter by filing an Objection to Claim # 5 of the Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
