The defendant, Scott Mitchell, was convicted in Superior Court (Groff, J.) of aggravated felonious sexual assault. See RSA 632-A:2 (1996) (amended 1997, 1998, 1999). On appeal, he argues that the trial court erred in refusing to admit evidence that the victim had previously been sexually assaulted and that judicial proceedings had followed as a result. We affirm.
