In consolidated proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act § 651 to determine the custody of a child, and for a writ of habeas corpus, the petitioner appeals from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County (Eerier, J.), entered July 24, 1986, which granted the respondent’s motion to dismiss the consolidated proceedings.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, without costs or disbursements.
