MEMORANDUM OPINION

LEE, District Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court on Defendant Oscar Antonio Grande’s Motion to Strike Non-Statutory Aggravating Factors from the Government’s Notice of Intent to seek the Death Penalty.
