This is an original action filed in this court to review the action of the State Industrial Commission in awarding the claimant 29- per cent, loss- of vision of both eyes. The parties will be referred to as they appeared before the Commission.
It appears from the record that the claimant was working for the respondent O. L. Phillips, as a mechanic in his shop, and while in the process of cleaning carbon from a pistoii, particles of carbon flew into his right eye.
