Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Shirley Werner Kornreich, J.), entered August 15, 2006, which, after a jury trial resulting in a verdict in favor of plaintiff against defendant Keystone Holdings, LLC (Holdings), granted Holdings’ motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, set aside the verdict, and dismissed the complaint, unanimously reversed, on the law, with costs, the motion denied, and the verdict reinstated.
