This was a bill in equity filed in the Circuit Court of La Salle County to foreclose a trust deed executed by Geo. L. Blanchard and his wife to Almeron K. Knapp, as trustee, dated July 30, 1885, and duly recorded in La Salle county. It was given to secure an indebtedness to Moble Jones, for the sum of $32,000.
