Defendant Reagin was charged by accusation with the offenses of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, violation of the open container law, operating a vehicle without insurance, operating a vehicle without proof of insurance, simple assault, and obstruction of a law enforcement officer. The charge of operating a vehicle without insurance was nolle prossed. Defendant entered a plea of nolo contendere to the charge of operating a vehicle without proof of insurance and was fined.
