Flaintiff appeals by delayed leave granted the trial court’s judgment in favor of defendant/counterplaintiff, Michigan Financial Investments, L.L.C. (MFI). On appeal, plaintiff challenges the trial court’s earlier order granting summary disposition in favor of defendants, Romel E.
