HIGGINS, Justice.
The wife instituted this action against her husband for a separation from bed and board on the grounds of various acts of cruelty beginning in 1932 and culminating on June 3rd and 4th, 1938. She also prays for an injunction, a partition of the assets belonging to the community of acquets and gains existing between them, alimony and attorney’s fees.
Defendant denied the charges and averred that his wife was suffering from a nervous condition, which caused their troubles.
