Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Columbia County (Lea-man, J.), rendered February 4, 2000, convicting defendant upon *731his plea of guilty of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree.

Defendant pleaded guilty to criminal possession of stolen property in the third degree and was thereafter sentenced as a second felony offender to a prison term of 3V2 to 7 years.
