*793Following a five-day jury trial, Interfinancial Midtown, Inc. ("I-Midtown"), Piedmont Fountains, LLC ("Piedmont Fountains"), Scott Leventhal, and Interfinancial Properties, Inc. ("I-Properties"), appeal a judgment in favor of Choate Construction Company ("Choate Construction").
