Plaintiff Alain Kaloyeros commenced this action against defendants Fort Schuyler Management Corporation (FSMC) and Fuller Road Management Corporation (FRMC), seeking indemnification of legal fees and expenses incurred in connection with two pending criminal prosecutions and a matter concerning plaintiff’s public employment with the State University of New York (SUNY).
