Laird, J.,
— This is an application by the Supervisors of Unity Township for a writ of mandamus to compel the county to repair and maintain portions of a road in Unity Township, which was- formerly a turnpike. Such action was brought by the filing of a petition for an alternative writ of mandamus to which the county made a return.
