Chapter 7 Trustee, James W. Boyd, (Trustee) filed an adversary proceeding seeking to avoid Chase Manhattan Mortgage Corporation’s (Chase Manhattan) hen on a mobile home owned by the Debtors; to preserve the property for the bankruptcy estate under 11 U.S.C. § 551; and to recover payments made ninety days prior and subsequent to the bankruptcy.

The Trustee filed a Motion for Summary Judgment as to Count I of his complaint arguing that Chase Manhattan failed to perfect its security interest in the mobile home thereby rendering its interest subject to…
