Plaintiff is the executrix of the will of George Knowles, deceased. The will was executed on January 16, 1962, and Mr. Knowles died on January 20, 1965. On January 26, 1965, the will was probated, and Mrs. Margaret K. Knowles, the widow, was appointed executrix. In addition to Mrs. Knowles, the next of kin are two minor children, Robert G. Knowles and Janet R. Knowles. Mr. Joel Garver has been appointed guardian ad litem for the minor children, and has filed an answer. No other answers have been filed.
