OPINION

KENNETH J. MEYERS, Bankruptcy Judge.

Roger Wyciskalla (debtor) filed a petition for relief under chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on August 21, 1989. An Order discharging the debtor from all dischargea-ble debts was entered on November 27, 1989, and the case was closed on November 29, 1989.

On April 7, 1993, the debtor filed a motion, pro se, to “repeal” his bankruptcy case. The crux of the debtor’s motion appears to be that he was misinformed by counsel as to the advisability of obtaining bankruptcy relief and that he has paid off in full all of the creditors listed on his bankruptcy…
