Kirke Bartley, Jr., J.), rendered March 4, 2013, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal contempt in the first and second degrees, assault in the third degree and criminal mischief in the fourth degree, and sentencing him to a term of five years’ probation, unanimously affirmed.
