The following grounds are relied on by appellants to reverse the judgment of the Appellate Court: First, the relief given is not in accordance with the prayer of the bill, and the proof and decree do not conform to the allegations of the bill; second, said $10,000 note, the coupons thereto attached and the trust deed securing the same, were given to the bank as collateral security for money borrowed from the bank by P.
