Respondent, a dealer in musical instruments in Huron, in May, 1913, entered into a contract with the P. S. Wick Company, a manufacturer of pianos, whereby respondent was to handle the Wick pianos, stools, etc., and was given exclusive right to sell the same in certain described territory, which contract was to remain in force until terminated by written notice from either party.
