The original bill of complaint included the Schuylkill Valley Coal Company, the Darkwater Coal Company and the Alliance Coal Company as defendants, but they have been omitted in the amended bill of complaint, and the plaintiff has added the Repplier Coal Company, South Penn Coal Company and Madeira-Hill & Company as defendants.
