This is an original proceeding by Patricia Kay Medlin (petitioner) for a writ prohibiting Weldon Ferris, Judge of the District Court of Kiowa County, Oklahoma (respondent) from further exercising jurisdiction in cause numbered and styled 868-D, Carlos Medlin v. Patricia Kay Medlin.
