Affirming.

The appeal has been prosecuted from a judgment in the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) in favor of appellee, in a suit on a policy of insurance payable to her on the death of her foster son. At the solicitation of appellant’s duly constituted agent, Arthur Ray Tabor, on October 4, 1941, applied for the policy, which was issued by appellant on October 17, 1941.
