The complainant represents himself as the agent of the •owners of real estate upon which it is alleged a tax has been illegally assessed for the year 1869. He does not show or pretend that he has any interest whatever in the land, or in the subject-matter in controversy. Ve are not referred to, any rule of law or equity which authorizes a more agent,, having only the care and oversight of real estate," to maintain an action in his own name relating to such property.
