This- action arises out of a contract dispute between MedPricer.com, Inc. (“Med-Pricer”), a company that operates an online portal through which purchasers and suppliers of medical equipment can make and accept bids, and Becton, Dixon, and Company (“Becton”), a company that provides medical products, including safety needles and syringes.
