On August 23, 1996, Debtor Entertainment, Inc. (“Debtor”) filed this bankruptcy proceeding under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code, Title 11 U.S.C. After many disputes punctuated by fights between divided ownership, a Plan was confirmed. Under the Plan, Blazer Builders, Inc. (“Blazer”) and Michaels Consulting Inc.
