Appellant (the former husband) seeks review of an order which denied his counter-petition to reduce, suspend or terminate his obligation to pay permanent periodic alimony to appellee (the former wife). He raises two issues: (1) whether the trial court committed reversible error when it denied his counter-petition; and (2) whether the trial court committed reversible error when it refused to grant comity to a New Zealand court decree.
