This is a suit to quiet title based upon allegations of title by adverse possession and constructive trust. Plaintiff is the mother of the defendant. Upon the death of her husband (defendant’s adoptive father) without a will, she became the administratrix of his estate. Before his death plaintiff and her husband had for many years operated a large cattle ranch in Harney and Malheur Counties.
