This matter is presently before the Court on Willie D. Lewis' appeal of the Bankruptcy Court’s Memorandum Opinion and Order overruling the debtor’s objection to the Internal Revenue Service’s proof of claim, entered in this Chapter 13 proceeding on March 30, 2016, Both sides have filed their appellate briefs.
