Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Michael J. Obus, J.), rendered March 27, 2014, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of identity theft in the first degree and two counts of criminal possession of a forged instrument in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 2V2 to 5 years, unanimously affirmed.
