OPINION

RILEY, Judge.

STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Appellant Jack Oliver (Oliver) appeals his conviction for disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor, pursuant to Ind. Code § 35-45-1-8.

We reverse.

ISSUE

Oliver raises several issues for appeal, one of which we find dispositive: whether the evidence was sufficient to support his conviction for disorderly conduct, a Class B misdemeanor.
