Plaintiffs Xiamen International Trade & Industrial Co., Ltd. (“XITIC”), Zhejiang Iceman Group Co., Ltd. (“Iceman Group”), and Fujian Golden Banyan Foodstuffs Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Golden Banyan”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) challenge the U.S. Department of Commerce’s (“Department” or “Commerce”) findings in the 2009-2010 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain preserved mushrooms from the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”).
