These consolidated appeals arise from a dispute over the boundary between two homes in the uptown area of New Orleans. Appellants, Dr. and Mrs. Ensenat, originally filed suit against their neighbors, Mr. and Mrs. Edgecombe, appellees herein, seeking preliminary and permanent injunctions, and to be declared owners of a strip of land at the western boundary of their property based on acquisitive prescription.
