Before the Court is Plaintiff Sandy Williams' motion to remand. (Doc. 14 ("Motion ").) Defendant LM General Insurance Company responded. (Doc. 15.) On review, the Motion is denied.
I. BACKGROUND
This insurance coverage dispute arises from a motor vehicle accident on September 17, 2018 involving Plaintiff and Jazmen Koht, an uninsured or underinsured driver ("Accident "). (Doc. 1-1, ¶¶ 5-6.)
