OPINION

EMIL F. GOLDHABER, Bankruptcy Judge:

The legal problem confronting us arises from a complaint filed by the debtor’s former wife for a determination of the dis-chargeability of a debt included in her judgment for divorce which debt a state court judge has determined to be dischargeable. We conclude that, under the facts of this case, that determination is entitled to res judicata or collateral estoppel effect.
