Applicant graduated from the Law School of Ohio State University in December, 1939, and was admitted to practice in the state courts of Ohio, August 16, 1940. He engaged in the practice of law in that state as a member of the bar in good standing until he removed to Arizona in 1948. Shortly thereafter applicant, having established residence in Arizona, applied for admission to the practice of law in Arizona.
