This is an appeal from an order of the Juvenile Court 1 of Blue Earth County denying a motion to dismiss a petition for adoption.
On August 12, 1961, Barbra Corlee Fleming, the child in question, was bom out of wedlock. Three days later her mother signed an affidavit consenting to the commitment of Barbra to the commissioner of public welfare and waived all notice of hearing in connection with the adoption of the child.
