Appeal from an order of the St. Louis County District Court denying the motion of defendants-appellants for amended findings and conclusions or a new trial and from the judgment then entered.
Plaintiffs-respondents, the City of Eveleth and the Public Utilities Corporation of Eveleth (hereinafter called the City), sued to recover damages from defendants-appellants, Earl Ruble, Jerome Miller, Earl H.
